Welcome To The Office 11-10-2025

Wow I don't even know where to start this one. I feel like a green missionary again! Well I hope yall had a great week I just want yall to know how much I love each and every single one of you! Each of you favored of God and have been blessed greatly, each in differnt ways so let us be grateful this Holiday Season! Know that God loves each of you and so do I! This week was incredibly unuiqe. I say each week was crazy I know but for real this week was something else haha. Monday we had an amazing dinner party with my dear freind Bonnie it was wonderful! Tuesday we had an amazing district council it made me so happy another district came and joined us and we had a mega spirit filled district council! That night transfer Boards released and I got a call from our mission leaders, Sister MacPherson, asking if I would be willing to serve as an office Elder...I never saw it coming I'll be Honest. I was still Training Elder Bell and we got along so well and things were going great! We had a lot of momentum and the 2 wards we were serving in, Gainsville and Haymarket, were changed back to sisters they got rid of both of us. It was sad to leave the area after only 6 weeks that was a first for me. It had Back-Back bluewash-Pinkwash haha. Calling our friends that night to say bye I had the privilege to talk to my Dear Friend Bonnie and say bye. It was sad for me to do so, but she relayed some very kind words to me and we got to talk for a bit and she helped me cast vision for me in my life and help me see who I can become. It was a tender Mercy from the Lord to me. God places us in people's paths for specific reasons and I can safely say the time I spent in Haymarket and Gainsville and the people I met....I met for a reason. Come Thursday we had transfers and holy beans Thursday was crazy! I GET A TRUCK!!!! Me and my companion are basically almost whitewashing the office. The previous transfer they were in a trio 2 of the Elders who are now gone did pretty much everything and my current companion only did car stuff he is the vehicle coordinator for the whole mission. To give some context our mission President this past transfer created 2 zones and whitewashed 25 areas. We have 251 missionaries and a whole lot of change took place. In the office right now we have new housing missionaries, we are missing a vehicle coordinator and a mission nurse they are all expected to arrive at the end of November! For the meantime we are in the deep end! Thursday for transfers we literally drove around the entire mission fighting traffic and time delivering beds to companships due to the amount of trios and whitewashes a lot of people didnt have beds in their apartment it was so crazy! Just us 2 no guidance council or direction just "Make sure everyone has a place to sleep" It was so fun we made it back home at 8:56 PM. A lot of companionships didn't have bikes or a card required to drive to we just were doing all sorts of stuff behind the scenes as well! That night Thursday night we were told Friday morning we had a leadership meeting where we had to present numbers and interpret graphs and so we just figured that out on the fly. Keep in mind during the process the apartment I transfered into was a mess just looking at it gave me anxiety. No need to fret though! Friday we had two leadership meetings we presented numbers we had no idea about but had a great council with the other mission leaders! We had our meetings from 10-4, went to the office did some important car stuff so missionaries can drive, went to dinner, had 15 minutes to go finding after, we found a lady and she came to church! Tender Mercy from God to have 15 minutes of finding and see sucess! We then drove to the other side of the mission found and dropped off bikes and called it a night. Were in our suit coats all day haha Saturday was crazy we drove across the whole misison again finding and delivering bikes to a bunch of missionaries in New areas without any transportation and we just had a spirit guided day finding bikes and tracking people down and it was successful! We also had a good dinner and did some finding in the evening and confirmed people for church and had a lesson! Sunday was hectic our ward is hugee! We had 3 friends come to church which is a 6 week high! We hit all of our key indicators and saw so much success! God has been blessing us as we have worked so diligently with such little time! I am in awe if His Mercy and grace. Later that night sunday we received a training on office missionary stuff and wow I had the fattest headache ever. I had a headache all weekend but this was peak. We got so much computer stuff and random numbers and reporting and spreadsheets and all sorts of stuff I dont too much about. God has definitely thrown me and my companion in the deep end he doesn't know what he's doing either. All the other previous office missionaries have been computer guys who code and do all sorts of stuff and I dont know about any of that. God has some things he needs me to learn and I am ready! Give me this mountain Give me these trials. I have already grown so much and im excited to see as to what's unfolding in this sacred season of my life. Something I have really learned in life is how to be still....and know He is God. Being put in this situation yeah sure its all super crazy and intense and weird but I know I dont have to much to worry about because all things are Possible with Christ. The God Of Heaven and Earth knows me and my situation and my needs. He sees the end from the beginning and all I have to do is humbly put my trust in Him try my best and all things will work out to them that Love God. I have been a support to my companion and it had brought me Joy. He's been super stressed but I have seen him grow already in just 4 days. God Bless you all! Let us always remember to Be Still and Know That He is God is my prayer to each of you. Till next week! Love you all! Thanks for the emails I love them and read them and they give me strength. Stay Sweet-Elder Williams
