Friday was amazing we went to the temple and got blessed up. We had a member who retired from the Fbi after 21 years and that week he retired he joined us for a lesson, fed us dinner, and took us to the temple. He is awesome. He requested a blessing because he had a test he needed to take the next day to change carreres and he was anxious about it. After the blessing we followed up with him at Church and he passed!! GOD is so good! Saturday was a killer day we knocked so much and biked so much my legs are dead. I'm still getting used to knocking doors and not finding as many people but it's going great. We had a 2 hour lesson with a friend we have on date he's 20 super smart guy very logical thinker has fallen off date in the past and so we took him to a members house and helped him come to know logically how the Church is true and it was a powerfull and surprisingly productive lesson. He told us he will still be on date but it's just hard for him to have a spiritual ...

Hey everyone its my pday today haha we are going to the temple so our pdays Got switched for this week! I won't have one next Monday! Monday was so fun it was nice outside finally and so our district had a BBQ and played some sand volleyball and it was so fun haha. We biked around like crazy grocery shopping and going to the park to do it but it was worth it. From 6-9 that day we went and knocked on a friend we lost contact with and we met their dad. He's an older latino guy and we got to talking and he has such incredible faith. We started talking more about the covenant of Baptism and how it could bless his life and allow him to serve others more in his capacity as he really loves helping others out and we put him on date for the 30th of March and he accepted the date! It was so tender he started crying, this was our first time meeting him and now we are hoping we could baptize his whole family! Tuesday was great as well we had district council and that is always fun. I got...

Pdayyy Mondayyyy! We played basketball and it got intense and then we ate bdubs. Average P-day activities. Thay evening for pross time it felt like we rode our bikes forever all around town haha. We stopped by some people and one of which was a apathetic 9 year old named Camden who forgot to get baptized so now we missionaries get to teach and baptize him haha. It's cool though because his family loves sports and they were down to play with us once it gets warmer. Tuesday was hard not gonna lie I had panda 3 days in a row as well as Buffalo wild winds the day previously my stomach hated me. That day was district council and to be honest I had no idea what to do a training on so that morning I woke up and hit a 3 hour personal study and it came to me. I will say this though being in the new zone has been hard for me kind of a culture shock to be honest but I'll adjust. I had a training on beating apathy and baptizing 100s and it went so well I thank God everyday. When we got b...

Vienna Waits for you 3-3-2025

Wow this week has been so crazy...I'll try to start with Monday haha. I was on edge about transfers but I knew that God has a plan for me. I continued to struggle with my companion but all is well I am happy. Tuesday was my last district council in the mount vernon zone....the only zone I have served in. I was so sad to leave and I have seen each companionship grow and turn to Christ. We had an amazing district council on diligence that was so spirit filled and I loved it. The Sisters in my district have changed my life. Sister Newbold got a call in the middle of a baptism from our misison president's wife calling her to be an stl in the most struggling zone in the mission and the growth I have seen from her and among so many other missionaries humbles me and changes me. I got a call to be a district leader again in the northwest zone serving in Vienna Virginia. I feel God wants me to have fun and he is allowing me to do that this upcoming transfer. Wednesday I said bye to ...

Monday was a very random day. It was president's day so we were going to go to George Washington's house but we had to walk over a mile to get there it was so packed so we made pizzas at the church. That night we had a member meal and then I did a baptismal interview for a Muslim guy from Morocco so that was cool. On the way back the tunnel to get back to our house was flooded and I was wearing nice shoes and a suite so I just took off my shoes and socks and walked home barefoot. My feet were frozen but my shoes remained clean. Tuesday was the most wack day on the mission so far. We had district council and it was amazing. For whatever reason the aps were there and they joined my district council so that was cool. One of the sisters in my district has been struggling with some of what I have been struggling with and it was nice to talk with her and help eachother out. After district council our little Sim card for our phones went out and was inactivated...no problem though rig...

Monday I was recovering from sickness most of the day until around 6:30 a member took us out to eat some authentic Pakistanin food and it was delicious. I had some lamb and some chicken kabobs on homemade pita bread with some rice and it literally cured me. Tuesday was powerful wow. There is an Elder in our district who cannot seem to catch the vision that our mission has of Baptizing and it has caused some problems. I gave a training in district council on baptizing ourselves as missionaries into baptizing that I have been pondering and praying about for a while and it was sooo good!Literally the lord took over and the certain elder In my district had some things that finnaly clicked with him. It somehow encompassed every dispensation and everything pointed back to our Missionary purpose in building up the kingdom of God on earth and baptizing and confirming God's children and binding them In a covenant relationship opening the gate to the celestial kingdom. A vision was caste...

Monday we had our district activity and it was so fun. I was in charge so I cooked up an idea to go to a park in my last area I served and grill some food and play volleyball and it was so fun. The grills at the park were the dumbest thing ever. The grates were about 3x3 inch squares and they had an aluminum trash can about 3 feet tall that you put coals in and they expect you to cook food with a 3 feet gap between the coals and the grates it was ridiculous. The burgers wouldn't get hot enough to crust so it would just get warm and fall through the cracks of the grates. Luckily I bought a pork tenderloin and it was long so I could put it on the grates without it falling through and we just found sticks, bought lighter fluid, and made a fire inside the dumb trash can so the grill can do grill things. The food actually turned out really good haha it was fun. We later taught a group of 6 African brothers living together and it was really fun 2 of them are on date. Tuesday was interes...
