Weirdly Revelatory week With an F250 11-24-2025

Wow, if it ain't my favorite people! I love yall so much one could never be more thankful than I am for each one of you just being your good Ole self! I had a pretty memorable week packed with lots of personal impactful things I won't share, but the good news is I got to drive a 2025 F250 super duty and I'll be talking about that so be ready. Oh and we had a multi mission devotional in DC with Elder Rasband. Monday we had a District activity and suprise suprise somone asked for suggestions and next thing you know we all made a homemade pizza at the church. Who would've guessed that haha Tuesday we had an awesome lesson with our friend Judy and got her a children's Book Of Mormon her comprehension is kind of below average but thats ok! She's so sweet she bought us 3 bags of Chocolate. We also filmed a cool video for a Facebook add so look out for that @WithChrist Northern Virginia. Wednesday is when things got awesome it was my day to drive and some senior missionaries needed to move apartments so we went and got the Keys to what one of our Recent Converts refer to as "The Tank" (The F250) I was such a happy man! Jesus Christ brings Everlasting Joy but man do Trucks bring happiness even if it's temporary. Driving on I495 in the spaghetti Bowl of Northern Virginia we were literally 10 feet above all the other cars and it was epic our butts were above the cars down below and I was just eating it up haha. We moved a decent bit of furniture and got back to work🏃‍♂️ Thursday we had another wack random day where we went to our storage unit and found some old garbage bikes beds and other random stuff with a 70 plus year old member and with his long bed stick shift we went to the dump in full proseltiting cloths and got down to business. What even is the life of an office Elder. We then got back to prossing and had a great day and found some cool people! Thursday night my companion and I got deep and personal in conversation and I love him so much. Recently I have been anxious and seeking answers from God and Thursday was a time where I was able to just open up to my Heavenly Father and to my companion and I felt Heard Understood and Loved. My companion was instrumental in Gods hand in my life by simply loving and listening. An example to me and to all. Friday was one of the most interesting days on my mission. In the morning we had MLC lasted a couple of hours and then all 251 of us missionaries in the Washington DC South mission met at one of the Chapels and took charter busses to The Washington DC Temple and in the Visitors Center had a 2 hour devotional with The DC North Mission with Elder Rasband and 3 Visiting Authorities. What a unuiqe experience and special occasion to be had. I felt the Love of My Heavenly Father and the authority from The Holy Apostlship Of The Lord Jesus Christ. What made that day interesting as well was the change for Sister missionaries to now leave at age 18 was announced in the middle of our MLC and then Elder Rasband talked about it and the process and Revelation and Authority of President Oaks call. What a powerful day! Later the next day Saturday Morning we along with 40 pluse people in the ward raked our freind judys leaves and it was crazy and awesome!! Also Saturday Morning I realized I cant find my scriptures and so I called the bus drivers and they check everywhere and they cant find it, I found a picture i took outside of Visitors center with them in hand so I didnt leave it there and my companion and I both have a distinct witness and memory of me having it after the bus and he watched me put it in the truck and I remember it. As I prayed and poured out my heart to Heavenly Father I felt impressed that I will find my scriptures in His own due time and I just need to Have Faith and Trust In The Lord Jesus Christ. This is the very principle Heavenly Father has been trying to teach me all week as I have felt inadequate or uncertain about the future as we Both Know there are Big plans in store for me if I desire. Losing my scriptures I have searched everywhere even the chapel. I have searched my house 100 times every nook and cranny as well as the truck 100 times and its gone. Yet I remember having it with me as well as my comp. I was reminded of a talk called Faith In The Lord Jesus Christ by Gene R Cook about a story where he loses his scriptures and he become highly discouraged due to the value they are to Him and against all odds and a crazy chain of miracles and tender mercies, his scriptures are found, 2 people get baptized, and His faith in The Lord Jesus Christ is Increased. Since losing my scriptures I have a greater faith and trust In Gods plan for me although I still havn't found my scriptures I am grateful God is giving me this opportunity to open my eyes even greater and to put even greater trust in Him. Even though right now my scriptures are literally in the 4th dimension or taken by angel Moroni. I know God will miraculously place them in my path. Even if its somehow transfers later He Will provide. I have come to know deeper that truly With Christ all things are Possible. I have greater hope and confidence in Gods plan for me and that is all possible because of Jesus Christ. There are many things I can testify about or share right now but what is of most worth will always be the Atoning Sacrifice of Jesus Christ! Because of Christ we can live again and God along with His plan for us can and will prevail in our lives if we desire it and have Faith on the Son Of God! Alma 33:22 Cast about your eyes and begin to believe in the Son of God, that he will come to redeem his people, and that he shall suffer and die to atone for their sins; and that he shall rise again from the dead, which shall bring to pass the resurrection, that all men shall stand before him, to be judged at the last and judgment day, according to their works. 1st Nephi 4:1 And it came to pass that I spake unto my brethren, saying: Let us go up again unto Jerusalem, and let us be faithful in keeping the commandments of the Lord; for behold he is mightier than all the earth, then why not mightier than Laban and his fifty, yea, or even than his tens of thousands? Alma 37:17 For he will fulfil all his promises which he shall make unto you, for he has fulfilled his promises which he has made unto our fathers I love you all so much!
