Preach My Gospel Chapter 12 9-22-2025

This past week was incredibly joyous and filled so fully with the spirit! I had a powerful week and feel as if my mission is being written in the eternities! I want to personally and universally express my love and to all of you! It's a blessing to know all of you! Tuesday we had president interviews and it's really hard to encompass the love and the humility each time I feel as I receive revelation from My Heavenly Father. This time around I received a little bit more of a glimpse of who I am and what God has prepared for me. I am humbled to be on a misison representing Jesus Christ at this time and this place and in this season of my life. Friday my companion crashed his bike and had bad headache so we stayed in and I received an opportunity to reflect on my life and I looked back at all of my old pictures and had a powerful experience where I saw the lords hand in every stage of my life to prepare me for what's to come in my life. I am forever grateful for the good and the bad times in my life where the lord has been beside me wether I recognized it then or not. I'm also super grateful for everyone who has been involved in my life. Wednesday I exchanged with Elder Henrie and oh my it was just a beautiful wonderful day haha. We saw so many cool miracles and Elder Henrie is just a good man I get along with. We ate some Persian food found some friends put people on date and got the Amare family to a Boom Of Mormon scripture study class! At the end one of the kids was asked to say the closing prayer and one of the senior missionaries offerd to help. It was the most sincere humble pray and his young 6 years old brother couldn't help but join in and pray with him and my heart just melted. The spirit entered the room and hit like a brick! Thursday we got to eat dinner with a dear friend Anne Marie a less active I met 4 months ago at the metro station in my last area who started coming to church again and I got transfered to her ward 3 months ago and now we are bestie! She took us out to Korean BBQ and we got to teach and testify of temple covenants and she wants to get endowed! Saturday we did yard work for a less active widow and I got to prune some bushes and she gave us banana bread! She was so happy and grateful and it's my belief that is the most joy she has felt since her husband has passed and that is the power of service! We also had an adult stake conference session and the parents of the family we are teaching came and it was a powerfull sessions. The talks were so amazing and focused on worshipping in the House Of The Lord. At the end of the session they asked us to take them to the temple. They wanted to go so bad they said let's go tomorrow on Sunday after church. Little do they know. We got to teach them more about temples and how they need to be baptized so they can make more covenants and be together forever as a family! They still havnt accepted a date yet but that is the power that comes from Temples! They are currently praying I stay another transfer so I can eventually take them to the temple. They need to lock in first but Their desire to go based off of learning of the blessings and testimonies from the members was a testimony to me! Sunday the whole family came and it was so Joyful. Sitting next to them I had flashbacks to stakeconfernces with my family back in Arizona. The talks were powerful and they loved it so much. It was heavily focused on temples and baptismal covenant and it was a joy to see. Immediately following we drove to another church building and started filling the font for the two kids from the Amare family! Words cannot describe the baptismal service. It felt as if it were deeply woven in the plan of salvation for me and for this family. It was a joy to be apart of! My companion got the opportunity to baptize somone for the first time and it was a joy! I had the privilege to confirm both of the kids and be a vessel to give them the Gift of the Holy Ghost. What a special experience! Towards the end of the service they had an opportunity to bear testimony of their baptism. Kurebel the 10 year old went up to the front Book of Mormon in hand opened it up and just started reading Mosiah 18 starting from the preface. It was one of the coolest things I have seen as he just testified of Jesus Christ and bore his testimony by reading the words of Alma. These truly have been "days never to be forgotten". This next week on Sunday the 28th we will also be baptizing our friend Prim. She is so amazing we street contacted her at the metro back in August and invited her to be baptized first time meeting with us. Over the last 4 or 5 weeks she has been in and out of town, but we have been meeting over zoom and she's been reading the Book Of Mormon everyday and this last week we have been preparing her for baptism and the Joy and light radiating from her as she repents and draws closer to God is beautiful. She has befriended members in the Church and came to stakeconfernces and really felt the Joy that comes from worshipping with the saints. I am so excited for her and the Lord is truly working miracles and hastening his work! I love you all I promise I will keep working hard! PMG Chapter 12 (pg 209) Baptism is a joyous ordinance of hope that brings the power of God into a person’s life. That power comes through receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost. It will continue as a person endures to the end in keeping the baptismal covenant I love you all stay Sweet! Elder Williams
