Office Elders-Office Aps 12-22-2025

This past week has been absolutely crazy but I'm loving it! I just wanted to take a moment and thank all of those who reached out for my birthday it means a lot truly. I love each and every single one of yall. My hope is this week as I recap it I'm also able to capture the Power of the Atonement in helping all of us become. Tuesday I was exhausted and we had a hectic day. That morning we went to the office, trained the new vehicle coordinator some more, went to Firestone to drop off our truck for an oil change, went back to the office, hooked up the truck and trailer, drove to Kingstown Virginia, backed, parked, unloaded an apartment, drove to my first area in Mount Vernon Virginia, loaded up and refurbished a new apartment, went to chilies, dropped off the trailer, went to a members meal, picked up our truck from the oil change, and prossolited with what time we had left haha. Sometimes I wonder what a mission even is it can be so random! Tuesday night we got transfer news and I am with Elder Smith, an Elder I served with previously and district lead for 2 transfers earlier this year. He's awesome. Wednesday we prepared everything for transfers with new areas and companionships created we did our best to prepare! Wednesday was a blur to me but one thing I do remember is we got to set up for a dinner with the New Missionaries coming in and that was awesome. We got to see all of the incoming Elders and Sisters exhausted coming from the MTC and eat Cafe Rio with them it was fun. We ended not getting home till later that night it was busy busy. Thursday transfer day! I don't remember much of Thursday either other than it was a little hectic and we delivered beds across the mission to all of the new Trios that didn't have a place to sleep! That was fun. Friday is where the inadequacie kicked in it was awesome. Friday morning we had a meeting with all of the Social Media Leads presenting numbers and it was a good spirit filled meeting. We councilled for a bit and it lasted until 12:30. Afterwards we snacked and had another meeting a leadership training meeting from 1-3:30. It was powerful. It was during that meeting President MacPherson prophesied with the spirit that there are Bishops, stake presidents, Mission Presidents and General Authorities in the midst of us. The lord truly is Hastening His work and preparing future generations. During the leadership meeting we went out into breakout rooms and we ended up in the Highcouncil room with President, the Sms leads, and Content creators for our mission. We counciled and President Casted Vision for us this transfer and it was powerful. We read from Ezekiel about the watchmen on the Tower. He wants us to become the backbone of the mission, and to be revelators for the mission and to analyze data. He has commissioned us to have accurate Reporting and data, to find the miracles behind the numbers and to put everything I have learned the past 17-18ish months in this assignment. He gave us permission to be creative, to call audibles when needed, to fail, to succeed, and seek revelation. It was a powerful council one I felt inadequate during haha. I won't deny the Lord has called me here for a reason and I am needed. Presidents focus this transfer is to elevate us and to change the culture of the mission through us. Saturday we called the previous Office Elder, Elder Wilkey my former MTC trio comp (shout out to Elder Smith) He taught us his homemade coded Google sheet system and how the numbers work and all of that stuff and after our meeting with him me and my companions brain both straight up melted. We both are very limited on our knowledge of computers and the whole system is coded and something I recently learned is there will always be bugs in coding. So we will forever have problems and have to learn how to fix them haha. Our brains got cooked, but we press on. Sunday morning early the President called us and the good news is he is getting us access to salt lakes date base for numbers! It's going to be so clutch. I have learned a great deal this past week. This transfer is will learn a lot. President will be working closely with us this transfer. We have accountability calls with him and permission to call and work with him. It can be overwhelming knowing the task that is ahead of us we have a whole agenda and it's packed. We are still figuring out the numbers but we got it. We have two MLCs this transfer plus weekly MLC calls Monday nights. Its a roller-coaster, but here is where I desire to bear witness..... Over the course of this week there are 3 principles that were engraved and embedded in my heart more fully.. -Cast not away your confidence -The lord makes us equal to our Assignments not our Assignment equal to us I have learned that time and time again -Loving God is the most powerful motivating factor and I Desire to Love God above all else These principles I have shared matter because of the Atoning sacrifice of our savior Jesus Christ. Because He pressed on and took upon himself my fears pains sicknesses weaknesses and transgressions and because he suffered all temptation I can truly have confidence-confidence in his plan for me-confidence to press on even after receiving revelation and the courage to move forward. Because of Jesus Christ I can become who I need to because of the opportunities and the Assignments He has given me. Because of the mountains he has gifted me in my life I can climb and become stronger, wiser, more meek, more humble, and more submissive to His plan. Because of Jesus Christ I can Love God and I can come to Know my Father in Heaven. Jesus Christ says in John 17:3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent. Because of Jesus Christ I can come to Know my Father and learn to love Him. He has taught me how to love and how to live and for that I can strive to love Him perfectly as he has loved me perfectly. I say strive because no one is perfect, but I desire to Show that love to my Father in Heaven and my Savior. I desire to be like Shadrach, Meshach, and Abedneg who had such Love and such trust as to stand firm facing King Nebuchadnezzar saying...."If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up" Daniel 5:17-18 I love my Father in Heaven and my Savior Jesus Christ and I love each of you. I hope thay you all have a very Merry Christmas and keep His spirit to be with you beyond the Christmas season I love you all please feel free to reach out!
