The Restored Gospel Of Jesus Christ 8-25-2025

Wow what another great week! Thank you so much for everyone who keeps me in your prayers! I can feel them and I can feel the Saviors influence and strength in my life and angels watch over me on behalf of all of your prayers so thank you. This week I have had kind of a harder week for me personally but it was perfect for what transpired! Tuesday we had our first District council and it has been something I have been excited about for a long time! We had an awesome youth join us and the training I prepared was exactly the Lords will. Thank goodness for prayer and Revelation. In my district there are 2 companionships and 1 set of senior service missionaries and they are covering a Persian Farsi speaking branch. For a long time they have been trying to move the branch into a chapel and expand it into a ward. They have come across roadblocks and havn't known how to move forward. By God's grace the spirit of revelation that was present during district council progress is being made! It's super cool to be apart of the gathering of Isreal and seeing the work of the lord Hastening! Later that Day we planned to stop by a member we havn't met before and it was so inspired! (Their family is awesome btw) What made it so inspired was a less active in the ward happened to be over at their house and we got to talk to him and we had probably one of the most spiritual conversations on my mission. This man is the most humble, charitable, and compassionate man I have ever met. He has had so many experiences in this life and has had many near death experiences where he has quite literally seen the hand of the Lord in his life. This man grew up having a rough life and started serving in the pentagon at age 17 and has been in Military, Fbi, special ops, and many other top secret positions his whole life. He has seen things that should not be seen. He has experienced things that should not be experienced. He has had to change his identity on the occasion and can't even go to the bathroom without having a Gun on him. He suffers from ptsd. He has passed away and seen the other side of the veil and has not a just a testimony but a perfect knowledge of Jesus Christ. Hearing his stories and experiences brought in a special sweet spirit and my heart was touched. I had the opportunity to teach him about The Melchizedek preisthood and the power and the Glory and the everlasting dominion that comes from the Oath and the Covenant and the profound influence and impact he can have on others lives....D&C 84: 48 And the Father teacheth him of the covenant which he has renewed and confirmed upon you, which is confirmed upon you for your sakes, and not for your sakes only, but for the sake of the whole world. 49 And the whole world lieth in sin, and groaneth under darkness and under the bondage of sin. This and many other scriptures and testimonys brought truth and light in the room we were in and the veil seemed thin and Heavenly Fathers love was present. We actually had two lessons that week in total each went kinda long but each time the spirit was so strong and the love I felt for this man was nothing short of the Pure love Of Christ. Another highlight is one of the family's we met last week had a lesson with us at a members home they are friends with and it was just so beautiful. To paint the picture we were out on the back deck the weather was 70 degrees with a slight cool breeze and chicken and vegetables were being charcoal grilled for dinner and we taught a family of the restored Gospel and the Lords Restored Chrurch of Jesus Christ. The spirit was present and we just had a beautiful discussion and lesson. That same Sunday the mother of the family came(The kids and husband slept in)and loved church so much! She is prepared by God and it is a beautiful thing to see. Heavenly Father loves His Children!! I see it every day more and more and it brings so much joy! I can testify of the Restored Gospel of Jesus Christ and every doctrinal point wether Restored or not because I know it is true and I know of the light and the Joy that it brings! The thought of life without the fulness of the Gospel is a thought that isn't very pleasant to linger on because life without the Gospel there isn't much of a life at all! I'm not perfect I don't know everything heck I make more mistakes then most! What I do know is that He lives and that God the Father has a perfect plan for all of us and is Gracious and Glorious beyond description! 2nd Nephi 10:20-23 20 O how great the holiness of our God! For he knoweth all things, and there is not anything save he knows it. 21 And he cometh into the world that he may save all men if they will hearken unto his voice; for behold, he suffereth the pains of all men, yea, the pains of every living creature, both men, women, and children, who belong to the family of Adam. 22 And he suffereth this that the resurrection might pass upon all men, that all might stand before him at the great and judgment day. 23 And he commandeth all men that they must repent, and be baptized in his name, having perfect faith in the Holy One of Israel, or they cannot be saved in the kingdom of God.
