The enabling Power Of Gratitude; His Atonement 7-21-2025

Wow I love writing these emails because I get to express how much I Love and care for all of you so ha! You have to read my emails each week and endure each "I love yall" or each "Stay Sweet" because truly I love all of you so much. Special shoutout to Hank his birthday is coming up and I'm forever grateful for our friendship and the example he is to me. Go rip some lips. This past week has been amazing because....lives are changing and growth is being made! As far as proselytizing goes it has been harder. All of the lessons have been getting canceled, energy has been lower, friends dropping us, getting kicked out of our finding areas, getting cussed out and so on. Its been hard....Here's why I loved it though! I have Joy and I know that it is because of Jesus Christ! This week I read a book called "The Power Of Everyday Missionaries" and wow it was so amazing. As I was reading it I felt so grateful to be a Missionary and to have the Gospel in my life and my mind was blown on some of things I learned while reading. Truly the Gospel is for everyone because Jesus Christ suffered for all of us and we all have the same loving Father In Heaven who wants us to return home to live with him again. To think that any of you can be the means of helping somone coming to know their savior and Redemer and their Father in heaven for the first time is powerful. This past week like I have mentioned has been hard, but let me paint a couple highlights...I was able to go on an exchange with an Elder in his second transfer and it was awesome. We just go to minister to eachother and talk about the Atonement of Jesus Christ. It was a wonderful exchange filled with the spirit. We were also able to invite people to be baptized and it was joyous. Joy comes from Jesus Christ! We learned many things from eachother. We have just seen so many cool miracles like on monday there was this guy we met and we got his number and address and referred him to the YSA ward. Then comes Wednesday we see him at the church in a Book Of Mormon class on date preparing to be baptized! My favorite miracle and highlight was the opportunity I have had to Ponder the Atonement of Jesus Christ. When speaking of the Atonement I speak with reverence. As my mind has caught hold on this transcendent event I have been filled with awe, with Gratitude, and with the Spirit of God. I have been filled with an immense love for my savior and a deep abiding trust In Heavenly Fathers plan for me. I echo the Prophets words that Joy comes from Focusing our lives on Jesus Christ. I believe and the spirit seems to testifies, that Joy is centered around the Atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ. While Jesus Christ Endured the cross he had Joy, not in what he was going through but the Joy that comes from Atoning for each and every single one of us that through him we may all be redeemed and live again. To add on to this let me first recount this transfer so far. My companion whom I love dearly has struggled a bit on his mission and he recently went through some hard transfers times like we all do. Over these past weeks the Lord has been building him and it has been incredible to be apart of. God has a plan for us and his purposes are often manifested to us line upon line precept upon precept. Some of these things that have been hard for him are things I have felt and understand. I have been able to exercise compassion and be somone to lean on. Over time these past three weeks it would be up and down for him and for this intent I will share what I will share..... There is real power behind Gratitude.. Let me elaborate. Gratitude is the essence of feeling grateful and being grateful for all that we have been given and all that we have. It invites the spirit into our lives and counteracts anger, bitterness, self pity, envy, pride, malice, prejudice basically everything bad. Gratitude invites the Atonement of Jesus Christ at the very core of our lives. The Atonement has already been performed Jesus Christ already took upon our pains, sicknesses, trials, temptations, and even death. As we truly internalize his Atoning sacrifice and come to develop an attitude of Gratitude, we will see Him in our lives. We will come to know that the Atonement is for you individually, that God has a plan for you individually, that we can trust God in all things. We will come to Know that He has our best interest in mind and in Heart. We will come to know we truly our his Children, and we will come to Know the True Nature of God. We will understand His Mercy, His Compassion, His Longsuffering, and we will be filled with Charity, the Pure Love Of Jesus Christ. This fulfills the invitation and promise found In D&C 121:45-46 and President Nelson's most Recent Conference talk..... 45 Let thy bowels also be full of charity towards all men, and to the household of faith, and let virtue garnish thy thoughts unceasingly; then shall thy confidence wax strong in the presence of God; and the doctrine of the priesthood shall distil upon thy soul as the dews from heaven. 46 The Holy Ghost shall be thy constant companion, and thy scepter an unchanging scepter of righteousness and truth; and thy dominion shall be an everlasting dominion, and without compulsory means it shall flow unto thee forever and ever. If Gratitude isn't a virtue then I don't know what is. What I do know is that Gratitude has cultivated an Environment where it is Possible to be filled with the Pure Love of Jesus Christ and to let Virture garnish my thoughts unceasingly. As I ponder on and reverence the Savior in a state of Gratitude, I am filled with Joy! This is what has been taking place more in my companions life and truly it is a miracles and a testimony to me. D&C 78 17 Verily, verily, I say unto you, ye are little children, and ye have not as yet understood how great blessings the Father hath in his own hands and prepared for you; 18 And ye cannot bear all things now; nevertheless, be of good cheer, for I will lead you along. The kingdom is yours and the blessings thereof are yours, and the riches of eternity are yours. 19 And he who receiveth all things with thankfulness shall be made glorious; and the things of this earth shall be added unto him, even an hundred fold, yea, more. I love all of you so much! I pray for you and I am Grateful for you and have tasted but a small portion of the Love that your savior has for you! Know that you are loved. "Stay Sweet"-Elder Williams

God lives in the MTC 7-22-2024

 Wow, what an experience I absolutely love it down here. So far I have started almost every journal entry by stating, today was awesome. Everyday I have felt the spirit while simultaneously laughing so hard my district might think something is wrong with me I am in a trio companionship which is a little hard sometimes but I love them both and God knows I need both of them to keep me in check and to love them in different ways. The day I left I was blessed to have some random sweet old couple pick me up from the Salt Lake Airport and drive me to the Provo MTC because I could not figure out how to find the train system and that made my mom happy to know I had someone taking care of me. Wow what a Wednesday! 10-7-2024

   Monday was pretty good for P-day we just played basketball in the inner-city got a fresh cut and ate some good stuff not much happening      Tuesday we had the most out of pocket lesson ever it was low-key an L day I don't even know what happened  first off we didn't have district council so it threw off our whole day and we ended up meeting someone named miss juicy that was fun haha but what was actually wild was our lesson with Marqui so Marqui super cool guy been reading the Book Of Mormon and praying with us called us up and we had a lesson with him. We shared a scripture in Moroni and the word Israel was mentioned and he just starting ranting about 5 percenters and the Hebrew Israelites and started warning us about them and he just went off about it forever. Bro pulled up a YouTube video of them bashing random Christians off the street and he was just rambling. Then bro starting talking about Gay propaganda and how everything is Gay now an...

Welcome to the psych ward! 8-12-2024

  Eldersss, Sistersss Friends, and family I am just gonna start off by saying this was a Rollercoaster of a week. We had some highs some lows and some unusuals.  The week started off awesome after P-day that Monday we went knocking and this guy let us in turns out he has met with missionary's before and already knew the whole doctrine of Christ and has a testimony of it and prays everyday and listens to the book of Mormon every day and we both felt prompted to invite him to be baptized!! Turns out he was previously on probation and that's why he was taught everything but wasn't baptized he will need first presidency approval and will need to show commitment since being off poral so pray for him. His name is Daniel and he is really wanting to be baptized and I want to help him get there.  This week I also got to teach a super sweet 8 year old girl the doctrine of baptism and her family is nonmember but super supportive and I was able to help her pray to her father in heave...
